Minister Cafe, Poznan, Poland
Poznan’s gastronomy scene is still developing, but being a city full of students including a lot of international young people, I’d make a safe bet by saying that soon more and more places like this will find their home here. ‘Minister Cafe’ looks like it belongs more to London or Berlin rather than Poland, so it was a great surprise to find it hidden in the very heart of the city. It is actually a sister venue to the already established Minister pub, that is situated right next to it offering a wide variety of beers, including their own. With its laid back atmosphere and cozy wooden interior the cafe attracts not only people who pass by for a quick breakfast or lunch but also those who would spend hours working on their laptops while having their daily dose of coffee. And while being on the coffee topic, they have quite a few options and know what a flat white is! You can also find breakfast, sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes in generous portions.
